The Concept of Aither
The name Aither comes from ancient Greek philosophy and refers to the pure, luminous air of the upper heavens, symbolizing clarity, harmony, and elevated wellbeing. In classical thought, it was also known as the fifth element, the divine substance believed to exist beyond earth, water, air, and fire.
The spa’s visual identity reflects this philosophy by blending Greek heritage with modern design. The logo features a purely typographic composition where the word “AITHER” is arranged in three stacked tiers, creating a distinctive rhythm like a contemporary art piece. Subtle Greek-inspired details in the lowercase letters “i” and “e” reference its cultural roots while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
